- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Madison Health Center will not pay for the sendings of medical records for NEW Patients awaiting approval to be seen by this Establishment Patients ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL EXPENSES TO ALLOCATE THEIR OWN RECORDS AND IT IS NOT DISCLOSED ON THEIR PATIENT APPLICATION AND ALSO ITS BEEN @ MONTHS THAT THE RUN-AROUND AND MISSED THYROID MEDICINE FOR MYSELF SO I SAY WARNING DO NOT GO TO MADISON HEALTH CENTER IN MAINE NOT A PATIENT FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT ( NEW PATIENTS ) AS FOR THE CARE GIVEN I CANNOT SAY - OTHER THAN I HAVE BEEN REQUESTING AND WAITING TO GET A PRESCRIPTION WHILE THIS ISSUE ABOVE AND THEY DO NOT CARE APPARENTLY BUT ARE NICE TO ATTRACT PATIENTS AS LONG AS YOU BRING WITH YOU ALL YOUR RECORDS .
